01 Mechanized equipment ensures high-precision floor production

To achieve high precision in floor manufacturing, SUNHUNK has invested heavily in custom bottom side beam punching equipment.

It consists of two sets of symmetrical traveling mechanisms that operate synchronously for punching on box side beams.

The mold is composed of 5-hole and 6-hole punching modules.

To avoid large manual errors, both sides of the equipment work simultaneously to finish punching on two bottom side beams in one process.

It ensures accurate hole alignment with an error within only 1 mm across 15 meters, greatly improving subsequent assembly accuracy.

02 Cross structure enhances overall structural strength

The floor adopts an exclusive cross structure of I-beams and aluminum floor panels, boosting horizontal and vertical overall strength with outstanding fatigue resistance.

Sliders at both ends position the I-beams during assembly to ensure precise arrangement, with diagonal deviation controlled within 1 mm.

The integrally extruded I-beams are made of US-standard high-strength steel, 2.5 times stronger than ordinary 700-grade high-strength steel, with fatigue resistance up to 500,000 cycles, realizing high strength and lightweight design.

Closed-cell polymer composite thermal reinforcement ribs are installed above I-beams to further strengthen the floor.

Waterproof, high-strength and compression-resistant, these ribs effectively stabilize the thermal insulation performance of refrigerated trucks.

03 Automatic floor welding realizes one-piece forming

Automatic welding is a key quality control procedure in floor production.

The aluminum floor is seamless in lengthwise direction; in widthwise direction, eight welding machines operate synchronously for one-piece integral forming.

The highly precise full welding leaves no nails visible on the aluminum surface.
