SUNHUNK Mini Class|Temperature Soaring — A Must-read for Peak Cold Chain Season! SUNHUNK Reminds You!
Column: NEWS Release Time: 2026.05.07

SUNHUNK Mini Class is open!

National standard A–H eight temperature zones for refrigerated trucks, applicable cargo types, and key high-temperature transportation precautions in summer.

Whether new or experienced operators, you will avoid mistakes in vehicle selection and cargo loading.

1. Mandatory National Standard! A–H 8 Temperature Zones Divided into Two Major Categories

In accordance with national professional standards, all formal refrigerated trucks are classified into eight grades from A to H based on average compartment temperature, divided into two core transportation categories with respective professional applications.

2. Cold Chain Mandatory Standards! Must Follow Core Temperature Control Requirements

Pre-cooling before loading is mandatory: Pre-cool the compartment down to the lower limit of transport temperature in advance. The whole-process temperature deviation shall be strictly controlled within ±3℃, and cargo temperature fluctuation during transportation shall also not exceed 3℃.

Full traceability for pharmaceutical transport: GSP-compliant vehicles are equipped with real-time temperature collection, high-definition display, automatic recording and remote alarm functions. Abnormal temperature triggers timely early warning; the whole process is traceable, fully compliant and avoids penalties.

3. Special Summer High-temperature Cold Chain Tips — Avoid Mistakes and Losses

Temperature control for tropical fruits: Bananas, mangoes, durians and other tropical fruits shall be transported steadily at around 10℃. Too low temperature causes frost damage and blackening; too high accelerates ripening and decay. Precise temperature control preserves appearance and quality.

Strictly limit temperature fluctuation: National standard allows ±3℃ fluctuation. The more precise the temperature control, the lower fresh goods loss and the higher the profit.

Pre-cool before loading: Compartments get extremely hot after sun exposure in summer. Never load cargo into a hot compartment. Pre-cool in advance to prevent sudden temperature rise and cargo deterioration.

Open and close doors quickly during loading/unloading: Shorten door opening time to reduce cold air loss, preserve cargo quality and cut refrigeration fuel consumption.

4. Full Temperature Zone Coverage — Choose SUNHUNK for Professional Cold Chain
